I am fascinated by the unique and performative nature of public rituals and spaces. Through my photography, I delve into the complexities of individual and collective  behavior amongst different groups and subcultures.  My goal is to create thought-provoking and intimate images that inspire a deeper understanding and appreciation of human nature.  I am drawn to capturing diverse communities, from strangers on a beach, political rallies,  parades, attendees at a comic convention, to those considered "alternative".  My photographic style is defined by a direct and intimate approach to my subjects, inviting the viewer to see beyond the surface.
